How do I access my template?

First, check your email for the access link from Templett.

Didn't receive an email from Templett or you have the wrong email address on file with Etsy? 
Go to templett.com and click the "Access Your Templates" button on the homepage. Keep in mind, orders take about 5 minutes to get into Templett from Etsy.

How do I edit my printable template on Templett

Do I need any specific software on my computer to edit the templates?

Nope. All our templates are editable right in your browser with the Templett app. You'll edit your template at http://templett.com. This is the easiest way to edit templates!

Do I need to download any fonts?

Nope. All fonts are accessible when editing your templates in the Templett app. You don't need any special fonts downloaded on your computer. We have tons of available fonts to choose from.

Is there any way I can try out templates before making a purchase?

Absolutely, we have demo links available in each listing to test out every template before you purchase. You can see exactly what is editable and what the possibilities are with your favorite templates.

What can I edit on the template?

You can edit everything. All text is completely editable. You can move, edit, change color, and delete all text boxes. All images are editable (but in different ways). You can move, resize, and delete all images. I highly recommend playing around with a template before purchasing it. You can use the demo link in the listing to test out the template.

How should I have my item printed?

You have the option of exporting the final product in either a PDF format or JPEG format. This means you can print the invitations just about anywhere! Check with your local print shop to see what file format they prefer. We have options for trim marks, bleed, and even options to save paper when printing at home. We've got you covered. 
Here are some of our suggestions - OfficeDepot, Staples, Vistaprint, Shutterfly, or from the comfort of your own home!

What paper do you recommend?

For best results, #110 heavy-weight card stock is recommended. However, our templates can be printed on any paper you choose. Just be sure to check your paper compatibility and output for your specific printer first.

Do you offer printing?

Why yes we do. We offer professional printing on heavy cardstock, envelopes are included, all at a very competitive price. Be sure to check out the Printed Section in our shop.

What's included in the proofing process?

The proofing process includes unlimited rounds of proofs.

Wording changes, colors changes, and minor layout adjustments can be made during the revision rounds. You will work 1-1 with a designer.

Will I receive hard copy proofs?

Yes. To ensure that you love your invitations, we offer complimentary hard copy proofs. After your digital proof has been approved, you will receive a hard copy proof in the mail in approximately 5-7 business days. We recommend receiving a hard copy proof to see how your prints will look before printing your full order.

Can I use my wording?

All of our designs can be personalized with your wording. Just enter the wording you would like when filling out personalization during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest!

Can I change fonts?

Yes. If you prefer a font used on one of our other designs, just let us know and we will be happy to make the changes to your design.

Can I use your designs for a non-wedding event?

Certainly! Just enter the wording you would like during the personalization step and we will update your proofs to match.
